Patient Portal

Your care, organized around you.

MyAREOLA brings appointments, messages, care-team details, plate registration and annual follow-up into one patient experience.

About this page

What this page is.

MyAREOLA holds appointments, messages, care-team contacts, the documented plate plan, registered systems and long-term care documents in one place. Accounts are opened by your care coordinator after your first consultation.

01

What the portal holds

The documented plate plan and design history, registered systems and external plates, care guidance specific to your material and finish, appointment and Annual Plate Check scheduling, secure messaging with your care team and copies of the written summaries you receive at each visit.

02

Why the record matters

Patients move, change centers and are seen years later by clinicians who were not present when the plan was made. A durable record is what allows a plan to be read, matched or revised a decade after it was documented.

03

Portal access

Accounts are activated by your care coordinator at the first consultation, once a plate plan is documented. Patients who have lost access, moved centers or need a record sent elsewhere can reach Patient Portal Support through National Patient Services.

Secure portal

MyAREOLA accounts open at your first consultation.

Your care coordinator issues sign-in details once your plate plan is documented. Until then, or if you have lost access, Patient Portal Support can help with appointments, records and plate registration through National Patient Services.
